CORE Rural Initiative

🇪🇺 CORE is a three-year project (2025-2027) co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme. 🤝 By bringing together rural youth organisations, research institutions, and the business sector across Europe, CORE addresses critical challenges such as youth unemployment, skills shortages, and rural depopulation. We seek to turn these challenges into opportunities, empowering young people to play a key role in the sustainable development of rural and agricultural communities. 🎯 Our mission is to create lasting change by fostering resilience, promoting inclusivity, and encouraging sustainable economic growth in rural areas. Through collaboration in research, sharing good practices, and social dialogues, CORE will provide new solutions to improve youth employment, advance gender equality, and bridge technology gaps. Ultimately, it will lay the foundations for a permanent European think tank dedicated to rural and agricultural social studies.
