Core Value Leadership was created to cover a span of services such as corporate and executive consulting, entrepreneurial coaching, and leadership training. Paula M. Farmers’ idea to build this company stemmed from her skills and passions to support others in the achievement of their goal to grow their businesses. Paula has a strong commitment to growth with her diverse client base including corporations, non-profits, small businesses, higher education, faith-based organizations, government, and many more. Along with her spirit to help, her experience furthers the services that she offers her clients. Paula’s HR expertise spans over 25 years, and she has been speaking professionally for over 10 years. In addition, she teaches entrepreneurial leadership classes at a local HBCU and tries to teach and touch the lives of those in her church every opportunity that she is given.
