Core Design Builders is a general contractor that has been in the industry for almost 20 years. It has completed a wide range of projects from mid to high-end residential homes and condominiums, low-rise commercial buildings, commercial fit outs, and warehouse and industrial buildings. Established by licensed Civil Engineer Miguel Angelo Rodriguez in 2004 under its former name M.R. Rodriguez Construction, Core Design Builders is duly registered under Philippine laws and is licensed by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board (PCAB). Its services include construction, engineering and architectural works, electrical and sanitary works, design and space planning, cost estimation, permit processing, and project management.
