Core Investment Properties Fund

Core Investment Properties Fund is a private investor of Commercial Retail and Office value-add properties located primarily throughout the Southeast United States. Currently CIPF and its principals own and actively manage over 500,000 SF of properties throughout Florida and target acquisitions with upside potential through active management with some portion of stable cash flow in place. Each asset is professionally managed by a team with over 40 years combined experience in leasing, property management and capital markets. CIPF assets tend to be service oriented in infill locations with barriers to entry and expected long term growth. Extensive due diligence is performed with all acquisitions and assets within the portfolio. Over the past 10 years, Principals of CIPF have acquired, stabilized, and either held for long term cash flow or disposed of more than $250 Million of Florida real estate and continue to be actively involved in the acquisition, development, stabilization, and management of all assets.
