Core Next is an attempt to fill the gap between academic syllabi and employment requirement in terms of knowledge that is expected out of students. Students seek admission in technical courses aiming about good salary packages when they finish the course. Their aim is deterred by lack of exposure of market and its working conditions. The industrial training's provided currently mostly are either not up to the mark or mere formality, they are not able to make students employable. The technical universities in country have already started taking steps to change the standard of academics by initiating industry participation but currently industry participation is not so high. With Core Next we attempt to join the cause and channelize the young energy raring to go. We at Core Next aim to bring a fresh approach to learning through industrial training's. We are looking to work on courses with most demand in market. Being associated with industry the Core Next aims to provide exposure on live projects which are even not given by IT companies. We are looking to create an ecosystem cycle for tier II and tier III cities, where the concept of learning and earning can get inherent in students, they learn to negotiate. Empowering students to knowledge and providing them option of bargain when they have experience of working.
