Corio was created in 2000, after a merger between VIB, a Dutch, multi sector listed property company and WBN, a Dutch retail property company and 100% subsidiary to ABP pensionfund. Corio develops, owns and operates shopping centres in Europe. Currently active in 6 countries (NL,F,ES,I,TR, DE), the company runs a portfolio of euro 7.5 bln, managed fully in hoiuse with circa 500 people. Corio is listed at the Euronext NYSE in Amsterdam and Paris.
On Marrch 31st 2015 Corio merged with Klepierre.
