Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care is a community-based, not-for profit provider of end-of-life and palliative care support services for people with life-limiting illness.
Since 1984, the staff and volunteers of Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care have been committed to our mission of providing compassionate care to our patients, their families and the communities we serve.
Cornerstone provides end-of-life care to almost 1,200 patients daily in seven Central Florida counties - Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Sumter, Highlands, and Hardee. Cornerstone owns and operates six inpatient hospice facilities.
