My passion is to coach and mentor young adults. Coaching is about creating an environment where change can occur for the client which could lead to enhanced performance and learning.
Through the method of coaching with the assistance of a coach the client will discover and develop new competencies, learn more about themselves and develop and attain their own goals. During the coaching process everything revolves around the client and the coach "navigates" the process with the client's agenda in mind.
