Since 2001, CORNILLE has been adding value to products generated during bovine-origin by-product processing at the Agromousquetaires and Bigard production units. Our raw materials are collected primarily from partners in the north west of France. We transform 130,000 t. of raw materials per year into refined and unrefined beef fat, dehydrated beef protein, bones for producing gelatine, and processed animal protein.
CORNILLE is firmly committed to the notion of circularity. Our products become the raw materials for our industry clients, who use these ingredients in the agri-food industry (for meat dishes, ready meals, baked goods, groceries, culinary development, frying, snacks, sauces, biscuits) and the production of gelatine. With support from its partners, CORNILLE has obtained the Guaranteed French Origin label, which guarantees that the raw materials originate from France, right up to production.

Depuis 2001, CORNILLE Sas valorise les produits générés lors de la transformation des coproduits d’abattoirs d’origine bovine des unités de production des groupes AGROMOUSQUETAIRES et BIGARD. Nos matières premières sont collectées chez nos partenaires essentiellement dans le Grand Ouest. Nous transformons 130000 tonnes de matières premières par an en graisses bovines raffinées, graisses bovines brutes, protéines bovines déshydratées, minerais d’os pour la production de gélatine et protéines animales transformées.
Totalement intégrés dans une logique d’économie circulaire, les produits de CORNILLE servent de matières premières à nos clients industriels qui utilisent ces ingrédients en industrie agroalimentaire (plats à base de viande, plats cuisinés, boulangerie pâtisserie viennoiserie, épicerie, développement culinaire, friture, snacking, sauces, biscuiteries), production de gélatine. Avec l’aide de ses partenaires, CORNILLE a obtenu le label Origine France Garantie®.
