The Group consists of Coromatic AB, Metric Power and Skandinaviska Kraft in Sweden, Coromatic AS, Metric AS and Reservekraft AS in Norway, Coromatic A/S, Atek Teknik A/S and Scanpocon A/S in Denmark and Coromatic Oy in Finland. The majority owners are the Group’s management and employees together with EQT. In 2013, the Group’s turnover was SEK 1 060 m. The Group has 335 employees in 15 offices, the headquarter is situated in Bromma outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
