Corporate Development Partners (CDP) is an outsourced corporate development partner for emerging and mid-market companies. CDP fills the gap in between corporate advisors and existing internal resources when looking at inorganic initiatives (M&A, IPO, capital raises, joint ventures/partnerships, new market entry/set up, competitor analysis, strategic corporate initiatives etc). The core focus areas of CDP are: • Strategic advice with and/or support in preparation for inorganic initiatives and corporate expansion • Assist with internal and external stakeholder management and communication as part of an inorganic initiative • Specialised and expert strategic or execution support for live transactions such as IPO, M&A, capital raises and complex projects Our intention is to partner with our clients and grow with their business. We build a deep understanding of the corporate history as the business goes through the lifecycle (as an internal team member would). We provide independent advice and corporate finance support and we are conflict free with an ability to resource up or down depending on your needs. We have a very simple charging model using standardised plans, which allow us to onboard clients with ease and support them over a period of time driving towards a set objective (in-organic goal). There are no hooks or claws, no hidden provisions – “if you don’t love us, you can leave us any time”.
