CDS is a corporate development resource for start-up through mid-size companies who may need assistance with a range of areas including business plan development, strategic business planning, financial forecasting, business valuation and merger & acquisition advisory services. We can act as your outsourced corporate development resource on single projects or engagements which may span many months, depending on your needs. We can assist you in developing a business plan for external fundraising, strategic plans for expanding your business, and develop financial models to support these efforts. We can also assist you in developing an acquisition strategy and work with you throughout all phases of a transaction on either the buy-side or sell-side. We have extensive experience in developing plans and support for venture/bank financing, Board and management presentations, and general business planning. Our clients are typically business leaders at early stage through mid-size ($50MM in revenue) companies who need the services of a corporate development staff but not necessarily full time, as well as corporate business unit leaders who may need similar services but don’t have the expertise on staff.
