The Merger Training Institute is an accredited provider of mergers and acquisitions training courses. Our programmes teach the core commercial and technical skills that are needed to deliver a successful mergers and acquisition programme in an international corporate environment. We run regular courses in London, Dubai and Singapore. All the courses also frequently run as in-house courses at clients' own premises. We run four main public training programmes: MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS CORE SKILLS COURSE A three day programme teaching all the skills needed to carry out successful M&A activities: Aligning M&A with strategy; Finding deals; Structuring deals; Business valuation; Due diligence; Post-merger integration. ADVANCED BUSINESS VALUATION A two day course that teaches delegates how to prepare robust valuations in the context of an M&A transaction. MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS DUE DILIGENCE A two day course that teaches delegates how to combine financial and commercial analysis to asses the most important risks in an M&A transaction. SUCCESSFUL POST-MERGER INTEGRATION A two day programme teaching delegates how to run speedy but controlled post-merger integration programmes that maximise synergies while minimising operational risk.
