Corporate Playbook is a business consulting firm that specializes in Executive Coaching and Strategic Solutions. Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana we develop Senior Executives globally across industries and coach organizations to elevate Diversity, Inclusion, and Philanthropy. Deborah Augustine Elam recently retired from her role as the President of the GE Foundation and Chief Diversity Officer at GE. She worked at GE’s Corporate Headquarters, where she led philanthropic efforts to tackle some of the world’s most critical challenges across health, education, skills and more. She also oversaw efforts to embrace diversity and create an environment where all GE employees can thrive and contribute to the company’s success in the global economy. A note from the President & CEO, Deborah Augustine Elam: I’ve been abundantly blessed and able to live my dreams…a 30 year corporate career culminating at the very top of the corporate & philanthropic game. Some have described me as a unicorn…rare, strong and using my “horn” to shatter glass ceilings, while bringing scores of others along…many into the C-suite.
