(CDL) is a mid-size, full service EPCM company committed to delivering quality, cost effective electrical, instrumentation and controls engineering (EI&C) solutions for the Energy Industry. CDL provides full project life cycle support from conception through to detailed engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start up and post-commissioning support.
