Cortex and Coffee

Cortex & Coffee is a youth-led mental health initiative designed to make psychology more accessible, relatable, and stigma-free - one coffee-fueled conversation at a time. We are building a digital community where Gen-Z can explore the mind through bite-sized content, personal stories, and interactive discussions across social media platforms. From mental health education and lived experiences to aesthetic visuals and engaging formats, where we bring psychology out of textbooks and into daily life. What we do: - Curate psychology-based content rooted in real-life experiences - Foster a safe, inclusive space for self-expression & emotional learning = Collaborate with mental health professionals, creators & educators Whether you’re healing, learning, struggling, or simply curious - you’ll find a soft corner here. ☕ Because sometimes, all you need is a little brain talk and a warm cup of coffee.
