The Centre for Outreach and Strategic Alliances (COSA) is an autonomous social science research institute. With multi-disciplinary research as its core activity, COSA formulates ideas, undertake empirical studies, theorize and disseminates knowledge through training and publication in vernacular and English languages. The primary role is to help facilitate strengthening of the Institute's research capabilities; proactively promote basic research and conducting impact assessment studies.
