MPM Ltd., founded in 1990 and based in Podgorica, is actively engaged in the import and distribution of goods since 1998. Retail activity was added to its wholesale operations, leading to the opening of the first retail store named Cosmetics-market in Budva. From then until today, the company's focus gradually shifted towards retail, and it became a chain of drugstores under the name Cosmetics. Currently, the chain operates 33 drugstores, 11 pharmacies, and an online store. The company's vision is not yet complete, as further openings are planned. In line with its activities, a wholesale drugstore was established. Business units are located in almost all cities in Montenegro, with the central and logistical part of the company situated in Podgorica. Through software, all business units are connected to the headquarters, enabling swift and reliable daily data transmission.
Kompanija MPM d.o.o., osnovana 1990.godine, sa sjedištem u Podgorici, aktivno se bavi uvozom i distribucijom robe od 1998. godine. Veleprodaji se ubrzo priključuje i maloprodajna aktivnost, kada je i otvoren prvi maloprodajni objekat pod nazivom Cosmetics-market, u Budvi. Od tada pa do danas težište djelatnosti kompanije postepeno se prebacuje na maloprodaju, i ona postaje lanac drogerija pod nazivom Cosmetics. Danas u sastavu lanca posluje 33 drogerija, 11 apoteka i online prodavnica, čime vizija kompanije nije zaokružena, već se planiraju nova otvaranja. Kao logičan slijed djelatnosti unutar kompanije je oformljena i veledrogerija. Poslovne jedinice se nalaze u skoro svim gradovima Crne Gore, dok je centralni i logistički dio kompanije lociran u Podgorici. Putem softvera, sve su poslovne jedinice povezane sa centralom, čime je omogućen brz i pouzdan prenos podataka na dnevnom nivou.
