That being said... I am an ICF-Certified Executive + Life Coach and an Organizational Development professional with 12 years of progressive experience in government. I have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and 100+ post-graduate hours in the field of organizational psychology. I am also an EQi certified practitioner, Emergenetics Certified Associate, and MBTI certified practitioner. I have a deep affinity for neuropsychological research and its applications in leadership development. I enjoy discussing how our innate wiring expresses itself in our varied social contexts. Through self-study, I have developed an advanced acumen in personality theory and neuroscience applications in the coaching environment to accelerate career growth and broaden leadership capacity. I have expertise in effective workplace communications, navigating difficult conversations, developing leadership presence, mindfulness and self-reflection, coaching skills for leaders, and career exit strategies.
