Cosmos Roastery is a veteran-owned and -operated specialty coffee roaster located in Rockville, Maryland. Founder and CEO Donnie Hill launched Cosmos Roastery in 2021 to create superior coffee using socially and environmentally sustainable business practices, all while surprising and delighting customers across the region. Cosmos is also a proud member of local nonprofit Bethesda Green's startup incubator program.
