COTA's mission is to develop, protect, and enhance the Central Oregon mountain bike experience through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education. COTA envisions a robust and diverse mountain biking experience that will endure for generations.
COTA is a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with land managers to build and maintain trails throughout Central Oregon. COTA has six chapters: Bend, Crook County, Madras, Redmond, Sisters, and South Deschutes County.
