Welcome to Counselling Direct (formerly Birmingham Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre). We have experienced Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Psychological Practitioners who are ready to support you or your organisation remotely or in person. Counselling and Psychotherapy are talking therapies, suitable for individual adults, couples, families, young people and children. We are passionate about psychotherapy, and believe strongly in its capacity to help people. Whether you have experienced a life changing trauma, you suffer from low self-esteem and confidence or are experiencing relationship problems, anxiety, depression, work related stress a bereavement or a loss, we are here to help. What is unique about therapy is the availability of another human being, who has no preconception of you and no personal agenda, other than to be helpful in guiding you in your right direction. We are an experienced provider of organisational support, EAP provision, Medico-legal and personal injury. Open 7 days a week, daytime and evenings up to 9pm – and we do not have a waiting list.
