County Wicklow Partnership (CWP) CLG is a local development company which delivers a range of services supporting individuals and communities in the county. CWP delivers community based projects on behalf of government departments and local agencies. These include the LEADER Rural Development Programme, SICAP Social Inclusion Programme and Tus Community Work Placement Scheme.
