Courageous Heart: The Human Behind the Badge

Courageous Heart: The Human Behind the Badge courses are designed specifically for, and in partnership with, Law Enforcement and Public Service personnel. Courageous Heart: The Human Behind the Badge is a Program of Compassion Institute. Our programs develop the strength to be with suffering, the courage to take compassionate action, and added resilience to deal with emotional stress in the face of life’s challenges, both at work and at home. Students receive a combination of practical training and tools, meditation instruction, discussion in small and large groups, as well as optional out-of-classroom assignments.
