In an age of heightened anxiety for adults and children, its never been more important to implement skills and tools to help reduce the anxiety our young children may be experiencing. The Courageous Kids app is designed to reduce young children's anxiety through personalised stories and visual plans. Created by Dr Kathryn Hackman in collaboration with a leading child psychologist and paediatric occupational therapist, this is an evidenced-based tool for parents to prepare their children for everyday challenges and change.
