In our programs, learning with horses happens “in the field” – literally. In this unfamiliar environment, participants reach a level of vulnerability needed for deep personal development. Horses, in their gentle but explicit manner, don’t judge. They simply respond. And each interaction is chance for your leaders to learn how to respond, interact and lead like a leader.
