Courses with Horses

Horses have played a monumental role in the development of the modern world and, today, are proven to be extremely effective in the development of humans through experiential development programs. Courses with Horses uses horses, not as tools, but as active participants to help facilitate the learning experience for the human participants. In our programs, learning with horses happens “in the field” – literally. In this unfamiliar environment, participants reach a level of vulnerability needed for deep personal development. Horses, in their gentle but explicit manner, don’t judge. They simply respond. And each interaction is chance for your leaders to learn how to respond, interact and lead like a leader. All activities are on the ground. There is no riding involved, and no need for experience with horses.
