Our investment approach follows dynamic strategies to minimize risk while capitalizing on opportunities, throughout different market cycles. Courtsage Management's primary focus is on analyzing, acquiring and managing commercial assets with upside potential, to preserve and grow all capital investment. We are responsible for asset management, property management, risk management on all acquired property, as well as recognizing opportunities and strategies to increase cash flow and equity value. Our team, collectively has extensive experience in bringing properties to their highest and best use, including: repositioning of existing properties, comprehensive asset/property management and ground-up construction. Courtsage Management currently owns and manages several commercial assets in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Maryland.
