Founded in 1817 in Milan, Pasticceria Cova a historic bakery is one of key landmarks in patisserie industry in Italy as well all many key cities in the world. Its history began when Milan was still full of water channels, which are now replaced by spacious roads. Originally, the Pasticceria Cova confectionery was located near the famous La Scala Theatre. Largely, due to this strategic location, confectionery acquired its philosophy and style. You could've felt a touch of bohemia in an ordinary place - artists and visitors of the theater came here to order a cup of tea or a glass of champagne. Shortly after, the owner - Antonio Cova (who served as a cook in Napoleon's army) recognized this and I decided to redesign a space to portray a greater sense of glamour and luxury. Cova now is operating in China since 2015, we have an ambiguous plan to cover the top high end CBDs .
