Covalent Spirits is a distillery and tasting room with an experiential, educational, and experimental twist. Located 40 min from Baltimore and 75 min from DC, we are dedicated to bringing distilling back to Westminster, MD. In chemistry, "covalent" refers to a bond formed through sharing. That is the essence of our company -- bonding and connecting by sharing a drink, a memory, and a community. That is the "covalent spirit."
Covalent Spirits will be producing a variety of spirits, experimenting with various techniques and flavor profiles. Our product line will include vodka, gin, liqueur, brandy, and whiskey (bourbon and rye).
We are targeting to open in spring 2022.
