Covarus was founded in 2012 to provide business, mathematical and scientific research services. In 2015 we ended consulting services to focus on providing textbooks on cost and schedule estimating and modeling. Our books provide readers with a unique perspective on the cost and scheduling issues associated with high-technology programs backed by 30 years of experience in DoD weapon system and aerospace engineering, 24 years of experience in cost and schedule analysis and a broad domain background (air, space and ground, vehicles; navy vessels; electronic warfare, navigation, guidance and remote sensing equipment).
