Covenant Dove and its affiliates operate approximately 6,000 beds across 56 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) located in 12 States. Our network of care givers, providers and support staff consist of 5,000+ employees as well as independent physicians, contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants provide skilled nursing, assisted living, dementia care, and rehabilitation services to patients throughout our healthcare delivery system. Our approach to patient care involves an interdisciplinary team effort from physicians, therapists, nurses, consultants, allied health professionals, and support staff that enhance our dedication to providing 24-hour care. Our individual plans of care are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. Our mission is "serving the needs of our communities, one patient at a time."
