CovenantCare is a family physician-guided primary care clinic established in 2001 by David L. Boles DO. The motivation for the facility was born out of a desire to combine the proven benefits of a traditional medical approach with the proven benefits of non-traditional approach. We wanted to switch our medical model from a reactive model to a more proactive model. CovenantCare is the end result of this commitment to understanding the human spirit and our effort to combine many of the preventative approaches of non-traditional methods.
