Members simply schedule a KONVOY Check through their coveredbykonvoy.com dashboard. Once the Specialist completes the KONVOY Check, the requester is notified by email with a quick assessment and a video of the interaction. WHY KONVOY? For peace of mind. KONVOY was co-founded by 2 individuals who experienced the acute anxiety of an unanswered phone call. Whether it's an elder or otherwise vulnerable loved one at home alone, KONVOY offers the privacy, transparency, and assurance of a trusted professional interaction with a follow-up right to your phone.
