CP&O, a joint partnership between Cooper/T. Smith and Ports America, provides stevedoring and terminal services at all major terminal facilities in the Port of Hampton Roads. These facilities include the three marine terminals operated by Virginia International Terminals in Norfolk, Portsmouth and Newport News.
