Core business - our core business is Claims Management and Chartered Loss Adjusting. We offer bespoke solutions to our Clients, providing a full range of claims management, TPA and loss adjusting services. CPA does not do ‘off the peg’; all services tend to be tailored to individual Client requirements and include desktop handling and adjusting in the field. We start by listening; we design a solution to match Client requirements and then implement the solution. We deliver upper quartile service, technical expertise and cost control.
Operations - our operations hub is based out of our Bristol office and provides service 24/7 365 days a year. Our desk based adjusters are managed by CILA qualified managers, with an average of 15 years of experience across the team. We provide UK National coverage for property and liability adjusting work and most other classes, with coverage being extended throughout the main European territories and beyond when required. Our adjusters are fully qualified and/or have exceptional levels of experience, typically circa 25 years.
Risk Management Surveys - CPA entered the risk management survey arena some years ago in direct response to Client demand, as a result of Clients being unable to source surveying that provided required technical expertise and timely delivery. We offer a wide range of risk management surveying services for property, casualty and commercial combined insurance purposes. These services include desk top and full site surveys for value at risk assessments and a range of fire, health & safety, business interruption, machinery, stock, plant & contents risk assessments.
Legal Services – CPA provide claims and other solutions to Legal Expenses Insurers and offer Legal Auditing Services.
QCH Legal – this is our specialist legal practice focused on insurance related claims and disputes, LEI work, managing all aspects of litigation and providing advice on coverage issues.
