Cordage Planning Consultants (CPC) was founded in 2018 by Jeremy Heppell and Jake Russell, as the in-house planning consultancy to the Cordage Group of businesses. Since it’s founding, the team has expanded to comprise eight planning professionals at varying stages of their careers. CPC works primarily with large Public House Companies to deliver Higher Alternative Use Value (HAUV) by delivering small - large scale residential and commercial planning permissions on redundant / underused land. Alongside this, CPC works with private clients at all levels of the industry, as well as advising on and administering the Cordage Group’s own development project. With a reputation for tenacity, determination and an innovative approach to problem-solving, CPC prides itself on delivering its client results.
