CPD Group is an “All Trades” construction and building services company, with operations throughout regional and metropolitan Western Australia. Unlike most building companies, we employ our own in-house tradespeople. We have carpenters, cabinetmakers, painters, electricians, plumbers, brickies and roofers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to undertake all your building requirements. The team at CPD Group pride themselves on the ability to cater for the entire building process, undertaking everything from small building and maintenance projects to large construction and commercial builds. Building Services The CPD group Building Services division offers an ‘all trades’ maintenance and minor works service to the government, private and commercial industries. Projects CPD Group manages the entire construction process, from initial demolition and earthworks to complete construction and interior fit out. We supplement the skills and experience of our own separate trade divisions with the knowledge and expertise of well-respected contractors, to bring together the ideal team for every project. Interior Design & Fitout CPD Group offers a full interior design service across various industry categories including office, medical, retail, and hospitality. Building & Asset Management The management part of our business is where we can provide a total facilities management service to a bundled service approach that can be managed from our offices. The outsourcing of the building management means that we can provide greater value and reduce your risk.
