CP-DL is a young, dynamic and independent law firm whose core areas of practice are Private Equity and Funds, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Financial Services and Venture Capital. The firm assists (i) enterprises and financial institutions in corporate extraordinary transactions, including leveraged buy-outs and M&A transactions, as well as in the structuring of governance arrangements and regulatory requirements, (ii) fund sponsors and international investors from the structuring of investment funds, with special focus on the related regulatory matters and the relation with the competent authorities, to the implementation of exit strategy, (iii) Italian and international fund managers on all aspects of their investments in Italy, from deal structuring (including the financing of leveraged buy-out transactions) to the implementation of the exit strategy, (iv) institutional and family office investors in their investments in PE and VC funds, and (v) managers of venture capital portfolio companies in their fund-raising and growth needs.
