A bunch of ‘good buggers’ crossed paths in early 2017 while helping design, manage, construct and lease some light industrial warehouses in Hobsonville and Silverdale, Auckland. Many of us had worked together before and we all brought different expertise to the table. It didn’t take long for us to realise the potential benefits of working together on an ongoing basis – we have more than a century of collective experience in property development and construction; a great network of talented, well-connected people; and access to all the skills required to deliver medium to large-scale projects across a wide spectrum. Our decision to come together and form Collabor8 means we can achieve much more than our individual companies can on their own. We currently have a number of developments underway across Auckland in the commercial and industrial sector. We’re always on the look-out for good opportunities and enjoy harnessing our collective power to deliver top quality projects.
