Our mission as a festival is to spread awareness of Copenhagen as a world-class gastronomic destination through high-quality culinary events. It is an open-source festival that profiles Danish gastronomy by paying homage to the food culture, Nordic cuisine and the players on the gastronomic stage. The festival is a focal point for the gastro scene for ten days in August with a string of events.
