CPS Resources, Inc.

CPS Resources, Inc. was founded in March of 1987, by Craig Smith. We began as a manufacturer representative organization for pad printing, hot stamp foils and heat transfers. Since its founding, CPS Resources, Inc. has gained a reputation as a leader in the hot stamp foil field. In 1998, Smith acquired a production facility, in South Korea, for printing of rotogravure hot stamp foils, heat transfers, thermoforing and holographic hot stamp foils. This investment further established the company’s prominence as an authority with hot stamp foil decoration and machinery. For the past 30 years, CPS Resources, Inc. has maintained its position as a leader in the product decoration industry. Today, we still offer our original decorative solutions, as well as, a full line of standard hot stamp equipment, foils and decorative services.
