About CPTS VEM
Les CPTS (Communauté Professionnelle Territoriale de Santé) ont été créées par la loi n°2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 de modernisation de notre système de santé. Une CPTS est un collectif d’acteurs de santé, créé à leur initiative, afin de renforcer leur coordination et améliorer la prise en charge de la population de leur territoire. Il s’agit par cette coordination de : - Contribuer à la résolution d’un problème organisationnel ; - Organiser la réponse à un problème de santé identifié sur le territoire.
