Our goal is to promote rights and development in communities taking into account gender and social inclusion (inclusion of women, children, youth, People with Disabilities, or any other marginalized groups)
Community Rights and Development Initiatives-Sierra Leone (CRADI-SL) is geared towards helping communities provide and access services for its development and also protect and promote rights of especially girl and young women in communities, whose rights for so long have been over shadowed by men.
To improve access to education for especially girls in communities.
• To increase access to health care in communities
• To engage girls and young women in skills building/training.
• To engage in environmental activities for a clean and safe environment
• To raise awareness on rights and Sexual and Gender Based Violence issues
