I'm a creative generalist who leads teams through dark forests to find the honey, and survive the bears; strategies, services, products and ops. We'll understand insights from the ‘customer’ perspective, solve the right problem in the first place and improve our decision advantage through empathy and data. We'll (co-)design better front-stage experiences and back-stage operations, testing our experiments along the way. We'll influence the culture and operations towards agility; from predictive lines to adaptive loops, authority closer to customer, with constraints and good governance. This is the deep thinking and hard yakka of innovation. I'm also a husband, dog adopter, curious learner, volunteer CFA firefighter and two-acre woodsman at my home in the Dandenong Ranges.
