Craftwork Coffee Co began in 2012 in Fort Worth as a specialty coffee and coworking space with a mission to draw people out of isolation and into community. The successful model grew to three locations in stand-alone retail.
In 2016 Craftwork saw an opportunity to bring this mission to the Multifamily Real Estate sector. Reimagining underutilized amenity + Lobby space with the Craftwork footprint. In 2018 the first Craftwork location in an Apartment was launched at the Flatiron Domain in Austin Texas.
In 2020, Craftwork pivoted to a hospitality service business with a model to place Resident Hospitality Bars into an existing multifamily lobby or amenity space to provide exclusive hospitality services, serviced food + beverage, and a vibrant community hub for residents.
Craftwork grew this model to 8 locations in 2022. With partnerships with Camden Property Trust, Trammell Crow Residential, Cortland, and other owners partners.
