In 2024 the Looking Glass Survey found that only 12% of the Film, TV and Cinema industry think it is a mentally healthy place to work, whilst 64% have considered leaving it due to concerns over mental health. Crafty Bird is a creative agency born from the need to change these statistics. There needs to be more kindness, respect, empathy, diversity, inclusion and female owned businesses. These values are at the heart of the agency.
