Craig Clark Search was established in 2022 by Craig Rumball, a recruitment professional with over 18 years buyside industry experience; with a view to create a boutique service to our clients. Craig is passionate about recruitment and believes that the markets we work in today, no longer allow for transactional recruitment processes, waiting for advert responses, or sending spam emails to large candidate databases. Craig Clark Search believes that recruitment into the buy-side should be measured and tailored to each unique search. Our mission is to facilitate the introduction of Investment Management professionals to our clients, in an honest and informed manner. We specialise in permanent and fixed term contract recruitment and pride ourselves on being a trusted advisor to both our clients and candidates, utilising an extensive niche talent network, accumulated through long lasting, trusted relationships.
