Our design department draws on over 50 years Engineering Design experience.
We specializes in design and construction of light and medium industrial jobbing machinery.
Everything from concept to final design as well as machining and fabrication thereof is all done in house.
Some examples are : purpose built bailing machines, various machinery for the spring making industry like spring face grinder, tine bender, heavy duty coil spring rolling machine (rolls coils automatically from 16-22mm material).
Hydraulic vice units, hydraulic line boring units small hydraulics presses and any purpose built unit you may need that can be bought off the shelf elsewhere.
We also offer repairs to machine tools.

We are specialists in the installation of bent tubing for various industrial application such as Hydraulic, Lubrication, Pneumatic and Instrumentation sectors to mention a few. Our installations are world class with neatness and speed our top priority.
We always consider process requirements by using 3D and 5D bending dies to reduce flow and pressure drop and plan our routes with efficiency, maintenance and ergonomics in mind. We pride ourselves in a leak free installation you'll want to take photos of....

We provide training to industry regarding the importance of the most overlooked item that causes machinery wear being LUBRICATION.
We design and install anything from manual to fully automated centralized lubrication systems in all sectors of industry from food and beverage to mining and power generation.
