Where our community of shared interests is built and passions create career opportunity Coaching tailored to individual goals - We help those who want to build connections and capabilities to achieve career, study, community participation and independent living goals. We specialise in helping people with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), psychosocial and other barriers and can tailor solutions to help anyone 12+ in a fun and supported way. Social, Career and SLES Coaching Programs - Our eSports and foundational programs help people at the start of their journey to explore opportunities and build life transforming capabilities and confidence. Our program involves group and 1:1 coaching, free play sessions, fun gaming experiences and industry events. Engaged via the gaming themes, our participants evolve capabilities to help them achieve study, career, independent living, and community participation goals. Funding comes from Core, Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKAJ), School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and other Capacity Building budgets. STA Holiday Programs - Our Holiday Programs immerse participants in the best of Melbourne’s gaming community with experiences designed to build skills, confidence and new friends while giving family and carers much needed respite. Holiday programs run for 5-7 days and are designed to complement our other programs and experiences. Funding comes from NDIS Core, Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Capacity Building budgets.
