The critical minerals (rare earths, mineral sands, battery minerals such as lithium, graphite...) and the industrial minerals industries are currently CRB Resources' main client base. TRANSITION MANAGEMENT: building on its experience of business turnaround in several Asian countries, re-focusing on growth clients who have been struggling in a quest to restore profitability, and implementing the critical but often overlooked post-merger integration step. SOURCING AND SELLING: taking advantage of its vast network of customers and suppliers in the metals, minerals and chemicals industries, CRB Resources provides brokerage / agency services, making business between businesses possible in a world where digital connectivity supports and complements but doesn't replace people relationships.
